How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled directly with Apple or Google through App Store/Google Play. So if you wish to cancel or pause, we are unfortunately not able to do this for you.

If you're using an Apple device:
Visit the App Store, tap your profile icon and then select "Subscriptions". From here you can select select Y factor and change your plan. You can also search for "Subscriptions" in your phone settings, and change your plan from there.

If you're using an Android device:
Visit the Play Store app, tap your profile icon and then select "Payments & Subscriptions" → "Subscriptions". From here you can select Y factor and change your plan.
